Coronavirus COVID-19 update from Porth Beach Holiday Park 12th May
COVID-19 Update – 12th May
Firstly we hope that you are all safe and well during these difficult times.
On Sunday 10th May the Government issued its recovery strategy plan. Our interpretation of this plan leads us to believe we will be in phase 3.
Therefore our new revised opening date will be on the 4th of July. Anyone due to stay with us before this date will be contacted this week but please bear with us as we have many customers to contact. This date is obviously subject to change and entirely dependent on how the first two phases pan out.
Guests who have booked a holiday beyond this lockdown period will, of course, remain with their holiday bookings in place. The situation with these bookings will be controlled entirely by the country’s progress through the outlined recovery stages and government announcements.
We have now reduced our balance due date from 40 days before arrival to 14 days for July and August. We will be temporarily closing our online booking system for dates up to the 5th September until we know the Governments position on when and how we can reopen.
Please be assured that the park is being kept in a high state of readiness, which should enable us to open as soon as we are allowed to and of course, we deem it safe so to do.
Our Bookings Team are extremely busy with calls and emails at this time, so we thank you for your patience whilst we respond to messages and assist guests with their holiday plans.
We hope that you all stay safe, and we look forward to seeing you all later in the year.
